The Volunteer Incentive Program was created as a way to encourage our members to volunteer more. The purpose of the program is to reward those members that help make this club run. The following is a list of the rules for the Volunteer Incentive Program:

Each volunteer must be a current member in good standing of the Aerie or Auxiliary to qualify. Each volunteer will receive ½ an entry for every hour worked. Hours will accumulate throughout the month. At the end of the month, total entries will be rounded up to the next whole number. Member names will be submitted for each event that they work. The more you volunteer, the more times your name gets entered in the drawing. The event must be a club-sponsored function (ie. bingo, catering, breakfast). It is the responsibility of the person running the event (ie. bingo or auction kitchen, catering) to submit the names, along with starting and ending times, of all qualified volunteers to a Volunteer Committee member by the first meeting of the following month. Volunteer Committee members are: Mike Noe, Kim Noe and Joy Eversmeyer. Two (2) winners will be drawn each month. One will be drawn for helping with Aerie functions and one for helping with Auxiliary functions. The winning names will be drawn at the following month's Joint Officer's meeting. The winners will receive $25 worth of "Eagle Dollars" which can be used towards the purchase of food or drinks in the Social Room or Bingo kitchen (winnings cannot be applied towards membership dues, Keno or Bingo). "Eagle Dollars" cannot be redeemed for cash. The club is not responsible for lost or stolen prizes.
